What are the guarantees?

All our watches are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects. This guarantee covers all components of the watch, from the movement to the bracelet. It does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents or incorrect use. In the event of a defect covered by the guarantee, we will organize the return of the watch free of charge and send it back to you repaired within 14 days.

What is the return policy?

We offer a free return policy "satisfied or refunded" within 30 days from the receipt of your order. Make sure the watch is in its original condition and with its original packaging so that we can process your request quickly. To begin the return process, please contact us at contact@watch-uniq.com

What are your delivery times?

Each watch is custom-made and delivered within 14 days from the day of order. This time frame includes the time needed to manufacture and ship your custom watch.

Gift cards are delivered instantly in digital form and in paper form within 2 working days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.

All UNIQ watches, regardless of model, are water resistant up to 10 ATM (100 meters) .

This means they are designed to withstand:

✔️ Swimming, showering, or even aquatic activities like snorkeling
